Javi Bendels allows returns of eligible, sealable merchandise for credit withing 30 days of the delivery date. To return an item, please mail the merchandise with your Return Slip and any original  tags and packaging to our Fulfillment Center. Items must be in the same unworn, undamaged condition as received. Some items, included altered, personalized or " Final Sale " are non-returnable.

To make a return:

1. Gather your items:
Ensure they are in unworn, undamaged, and saleable condition with all original tags and packaging.

2. Locate your proof of purchase:
This will be your receipt or the return slip for online purchases. We will process your Return as soon as possible, once we receive your items.
Please advice if you prefer a Store Credit or a Refund to the Card used when the purchase was made.
